Is there a cute mmorpg where you can really customize your character, esp skin colour?

I am looking for a cute and girly mmorpg where you can have a truly personalized character.


Especially skin colour (because i can never find a mmorpg where characters can have black skin)


But also hair and eye colour, hair style, clothes, etc etc..


Something like goonzu or nostale, but with more choice in creating your character.

With that said I would recommend Perfect World or for a less standard MMORPG try Second Life.
